DISCLAIMER:
I declare that I am an amateur as defined under SAL/UKA rules and all associated bodies and will abide by those rules. I will be 11 years of age or older on the day of the race. I hereby agree that the organisers or their associates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident or damage as a consequence of my participation in the event. I will not participate in the event unless I am medically and physically fit to complete the race distance. I also agree to inform the organisers of any medical conditions.
Please Note:
You must not attend and take part in the race if:
- You have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to race date.
- Have been overseas to a country on the quarantine list or exposed to someone with COVID19 in the 14 days prior to race date.
- Have COVID-19 symptoms (self-isolate for 10 days) or are feeling unwell.
- Have been told to self-isolate as part of the contact tracing measures in place

FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION AT DECLARATIONS IF REQUESTED CAN RESULT IN A DELAY IN CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY.

Although the race is non-refundable, there is a facility to change competitors for those who have entered and cannot manage who wish to pass their number to another person. This facility is available until close of entry for each race, please e-mail info@gathimbaedwardsfoundation.org to do this along with all details of the substitute person.
Your race number must be collected on the day of the races up to 30 minutes before race starts.
