This incredible place is currently home to 20 children who have a wide range of disabilities. It is run by a selfless and ever-smiling lady called Margaret who some years back chose to retire early from the teaching profession and dedicate her life to looking after these wonderful children.
We are proud to support them with maize flour and other essential items each month and over the years fundraising by GEF volunteers has enabled us to make essential repairs to the home and add improvements such as sheltered walkways and proper facilities for drying clothes. The children love to dance and sing and were delighted to receive musical instruments from some of our volunteers.
