If running the Prime Four 3k or Duthie Park 5k, I will be 11 years of age or older on the day of the respective race. I hereby agree that the organisers or their associates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident or damage as a consequence of my participation in the event. I will not participate in the event unless I am medically and physically fit to complete the distance I have entered. I also agree to inform the organisers of any medical conditions.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION AT DECLARATIONS IF REQUESTED CAN RESULT IN A DELAY IN CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY.
Although the race is non-refundable, there is a facility to change competitors for those who have entered and cannot manage who wish to pass their number to another person. This facility is available until close of entry for each race, please e-mail info@gathimbaedwardsfoundation.org to do this along with all details of the substitute person.
Your race number must be collected on the day of the races up to 30 minutes before race starts.
