Eight year old Melvine dreams of becoming a teacher one day but she is at risk of never completing school.
Since losing her dad life has become very tough. Melvine, her mum and two sisters living an arid area of Kenya where access to food and water are limited. On top of this she is regularly sent home from school due to being unable to afford the fees.
Melvine loves her teacher and wants to be like her when she grows up. By sponsoring her education for £35 each month, you will be giving her the chance to attend and complete primary, secondary and tertiary education. 100% of your support will go towards her public-school fees, uniform, shoes, books, school meals, stationery and female menstrual care products when required. You will receive an end of year school performance and general update along with a photo from us.
